About this opportunity:
Albion Staffing Solution has a client looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to work at a company located in the Aventura, FL area. The Supply Chain Coordinator must process orders and assess current inventory and demand levels in order to provide adequate support to the commercial operation flow. Must anticipate changes in the supply chain and demand behavior and forecast to timely respond with action plans to effectively satisfy such changes. Effective communications skills are a MUST with Customers and Sales Field Managers
1. Supply Chain Stock Availability
1.1. Maintain liaison and manage relationship with CVZ Logistics / Exports department to continuous update on stock availability and shipments follow-up
1.2. Maintain liaison and manage relationship including the follow-up of performance indicators, ensuring stock availability and shipment follow-up
1.3 Maintain liaison and manage relationship with Customers (Distributors) Purchasing agents, including Order Entry processing and Shipment follow up.
1.4. Recommend and process inventory re-stocking orders as recommended by the Supply Chain Manager and approved by the National Sales Director and the CFO
1.5. Maintain log of orders processed and shipped.
2. Logistics and Freight Forwarding Costs
2.1 Monitor costs of Freights and Inbound ensuring cost efficiencies
2.2 Maintain liaison and manage relationship with Freight Forwarders ensuring best competitive rates for the company
3. Inventory Control and Follow up
3.1. Reconcile company vs. SAP Inventory position monthly.
3.2. Coordinate and assist on scheduled Inventory Cycle Counts as defined by Supply Chain Manager and CFO
4. Product Sample Inventory
4.1.Follow-up and Maintain Sample Stock availability by determining stock needs with input from Marketing and Sales Directors.
4.2. Coordinate and assist on scheduled Sample Inventory Cycle Counts as defined by Supply Chain Manager/CFO
5.1. Distribute order reports to company management
5.2. Distribute weekly inventory reports to company management and field staff
5.3. Coordinate OG weekly tracker
6.1 Lead the projects as assigned by Direct Supervisor and/or CFO or Managing Director
