Position Summary |
Position: Supervisor of Fiscal Services - Department ofSurgery The Department of Surgery at the University of New Mexico(UNM) School of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisorof Fiscal Services to join our team. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role,offering a comprehensive range of responsibilities and significantopportunities for career development within one of UNMs leading clinicaldepartments. As the Supervisor of Fiscal Services, you will oversee thefinancial operations of a large, multidisciplinary department with asubstantial presence across the UNM Health System. This role is essential inensuring compliance with UNM policies and maintaining accurate financialrecords. You will also lead the development and management of the departmentsbudget, financial projections, and reporting processes, directly supporting theChair of Surgery and the departments leadership. Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree, successful completion of at least 15 credit hours of university-level accounting through intermediate accounting; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
