The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for attending career and hiring events as well as assisting with all talent acquisition efforts in order to fill pipelines for hourly positions. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will also work closely with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all functions. Descriptive Statement(s)% of TimeSupport leadership with the overall talent acquisition efforts to ensure recruiting targets are achieved. Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Managers to assist with recruitment efforts. Cooperates with management and coworkers to ensure that services are adequately maintained to meet the needs of internal and external customers.15Participate in career and recruitment events including job fairs, conferences and other hiring events as needed to promote healthy, diverse talent pools. 15Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and other outreach via print and online media. Establish and manage a sustainable talent pipeline for critical operations roles for Towne Park.15Provide consistent delivery of recruitment services that elevates capability and drives accountability for workforce planning. Maintains open communications with talent engagement managers, account managers and district managers to determine current and forecasted district staffing needs including rolling three-month recruitment targets. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit to develop talent pools.15Utilize the applicant tracking system (Workday) to post open positions both internally at Towne Park and externally with recruitment sources (recruitment agencies, job site vendors, etc.) Effectively utilizes all company-provided resources, tools and collateral throughout the recruitment process.15Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources including, but not limited to, recruitment/temp agencies, career websites, college career offices, social media sites, etc., to build and preserve a continually stocked pipeline of talent.15Conducts staffing calls with operations management as needed to ensure proper communication about staffing targets and status of staffing plans. Attend recruitment meetings, conference calls and other meetings as needed.10The total amount of time for all functions of the job100%QUALIFICATIONSEducation: ?Associates degree in Human Resources or a business-related field. ?Relevant coursework will be considered. ?Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred, but not required.Work Experience: ?Two (2) or more years of administrative, recruiting or high-volume staffing, customer service, and/or human resource experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge: ?Possess knowledge of various recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.Skills:?Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.?Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), the internet, applicant tracking systems and various programs and HRIS applications.?Ability to work independently to effectively plan and set priorities to accomplish required tasks.?Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.?Ability to maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure.?Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.?Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively address job candidates and all levels within the organization. ?Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures.?Ability to maintain strict confidentiality related to candidate, associate and client information.SCOPEAuthority to Act: ?Performs duties with little direction given, operating from established directions and instructions.
