Team Lead Technical Support and Training

Team Lead Technical Support & Training at Putzmeister America, Inc. in Sturtevant, WI will be responsible for dvlpg & administering Putzmeister America (PMA) welding guidelines & processes. Reqs a Bachelor's deg in Mechanical Engg or a related field plus 5 yrs of progressive exp as a product engineer, mechanical engineer, or related occupation. 5 yrs of exp must include 5 yrs of exp with each of the following: Hydraulic system technology on mobile & stationary construction eqpmt, including field exp with hydraulic system schematics, troubleshooting hydraulic system failures, & dvlpg & presenting verbal & written reports on hydraulic system failures & resolutions; Metal structural technology on mobile & stationary construction eqpmt, including field exp with structural dsgn, structural inspections, structural failure analysis, & dvlpg/presenting verbal & written reports on structural failures & resolutions; Electrical system technology on mobile & stationary construction eqpmt, including field exp with electrical system schematics, troubleshooting electrical system failures, dvlpg & presenting verbal & written reports on electrical system failures & resolutions; & aftermarket concrete pump technical support. Position also reqs at least 3 yrs of exp with SAP. Reqs up to 15% domestic & int'l travel to attend trainings, attend trade shows, & visit customer/dealer sites.
