Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our Technology and Contract Automation team, accountable for the Enterprise Contract Obligation Management (ECOM) operating model in the Law department. This role requires a strong leader with a blend of project management and vendor engagement experience to lead a talented diverse team of testers, business analysts and technicians to maintain current processes and fostering innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement with the ECOM roadmap.
This leader will also be responsible for setting and maintaining prioritization of the roadmap, using facts and well-reasoned cases, you must effectively influence and communicate with a technical and non-technical audience. Provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of the contracting solutions using industry best practices.

Responsibilities include:
* Lead project teams to ensure that solution designs meet minimum requirements and align with existing goals, best practices, current processes, and technologies.
* Establish appropriate expectations and timelines on deliverables and hold partner teams responsible for meeting their commitments to achieve on-time delivery of technical solutions.
* Remove barriers and obstacles, allowing our customers to be successful using our technology.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the Enterprise (IT, Architecture, business, and vendors) to define and govern the Salesforce/Conga platform solution, and to ensure partnerships are in place to drive the work and proactively identify strategic opportunities to advance our program goals through automation
* Be a champion for our program and processes
* Provide input to evolve the ECOM roadmap for program expansion
* Defines release strategies
* Manage vendor relationships, including SOWs, TPRGs and resources
* Ensure that objectives of direct reports are aligned with key corporate goals and reviewed during the year
* Provide guidance and sets technical direction and mentorship for the ECOM team (i.e. rules of the road/training guides/job aids).
* Aid in their professional development, contribute to their learning and development plan, and maintain a pipeline for succession planning

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* 5 + years of experience leading technical teams in a client service capacity
* 5+ years of IT Project/Program management experience
* Experience leading, building and implementing data driven solutions with automation
* Ability to travel up to 5% as needed
* Must have the ability to attend daily 8:00am EST virtual meetings

Preferred Qualifications
* JIRA, Contract Lifecycle Management and Salesforce/Conga experience preferred
* Healthcare experience

Education
* Bachelors degree in computer science, computer programming, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and technical IT background
