Pilot Company would like to hire an entry-level Technician for CCTV Security Systems to support Security Department by responding to the investigative needs of internal and external video requests from the companys retail Closed Circuit Television System. This will be an onsite position in Knoxville, TN.
What you will do on this Team:
- Respond to requests from multiple internal and external entities requesting digital video from Pilot Companys Closed Circuit Television System(s) {CCTV}
- Partner with and build working relationships between multiple internal and external departments
- Become subject matter expert on Pilot Companys field CCTV system to include encoding, encryption, archiving, and chain of custody methods utilized
- Become a subject matter expert on retail systems to effect efficient and thorough investigations
- Recognize and report equipment malfunctions accordingly for repairs
- Make recommendations for improving system efficiency
- Support investigations as needed using other accessible retail data
- Model behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification required Specialized Knowledge
- Prior CCTV knowledge a plus
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
