    Salary Range: 1 ($50,244 - $75,366)

    Summary:
    The Student Enrollment Infinite Campus Support Desk Technician provides remote technical support of district technology and software via telephone and online chat, as well as onsite technical support for users coming directly to the Student Enrollment Center. This position also assists other district departments in support of Student Information Systems initiatives and provides periodic training to end users of district core software.

    Responsibilities:
    -Answer all calls and chats directed to the Service Desk, minimize voicemail, and maximize First Call Resolution (FCR)
    -Enter, update, and resolve service requests using service management software (EasyVista) within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes
    -Provide remote desktop support of networked computers, instructional devices, and applications with remote control software (Microsoft SCCM)
    -Review email within the Enrollment Helpdesk and Open Enrollment Helpdesk for issues pertaining to Infinite Campus problems or functionality.
    -Troubleshoot issues with the Online Registration modules in Infinite Campus (OLR, OE, ADU,ECE).
    -Provide support for Parent Portal logins for Infinite Campus
    -Troubleshoot advanced Student Information Systems issues (Infinite Campus)
    -Escalate tickets that require vendor fixes or programmatic changes
    -Write, maintain, and update KnowledgeBase documentation
    -Collaborate and meet with designated teams regarding the planning and deployment of new technologies
    -Review Infinite Campus release notes to see any upcoming changes or enhancements
    -Proactively explore and share Infinite Campus updates (i.e., applications and tools) with schools and the Student Enrollment Center team for consideration and district-wide use
    -Attend Infinite Campus training and conferences
    -Attend monthly school staff training sessions and provide instruction as needed.
    -Help train district staff on optimal use of Infinite Campus, and maximize its use for cost effective district-wide application
    -Proactively work with and support Student Enrollment Center staff concerning enrollment tasks, reports, and data collections that utilize Infinite Campus
    -Create efficient ad hoc reports for distribution
    -Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the district and the community
    -Maintain professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities
    -Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    Required:
    -Associates degree
    OR
    -A minimum of three years experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution in Infinite Campus software.
    -A valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
    -Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English, must pass English component of interview process
    -Completed and submitted BVSD online application
    -Infinite Campus/Fundamentals of Campus; must acquire after 3 months
    -Google Apps Administration Fundamentals; must acquire after 6 months
    -Competent in Windows, Macintosh and Chrome operating systems; required at entry
    -Computer hardware and troubleshooting; required at entry
    -Microsoft, Apple and Google software; required at entry

    Preferred:
    -Be versed in technical concepts and procedures
    -Possess knowledge of Google Apps and Services
    -Demonstrate a desire to support district staff and school communities in their use of technology
    -Possess knowledge of data reporting, networking and data communications fundamentals
    -Have excellent oral and written communication skills
    -Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
    -Be highly self-motivated and directed
    -Be flexible in work procedures and processes from assignment to assignment
    -Perform a variety of complicated tasks, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with limited supervision
    -Demonstrate skill in organizing work, setting priorities, and time management
    -Demonstrate skill in instructing users on new or upgraded computer applications and hardware
    -Bilingual in Spanish

    Salary Information:
    -Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.
