Position Summary |
UNM-Taos Professional Skills Department invites applicants for Temporary Part time Faculty positions (Adjunct) to teach lower division courses in Construction Technology. These positions will be hired on an as needed basis dependent on student enrollment, course offering matrix, and graduation requirements. Potential courses include lower division (100-200 level) courses in the abovementioned disciplines include the following:
CNST 136 Sustainable Food and Farming - 3 credit hours This course will give students the knowledge and resources to develop a deep understanding and appreciation of farming practices, growing and marketing "real" food, farm-based educational systems, food advocacy, community development, sustainability, and public policy. |
