Temporary Campus Cleaner (Paseo Pointe)
Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to assume responsibility for keeping school buildings and playground equipment sanitized and disinfected. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
REPORTS TO:
Lead Custodian
JOB GOAL:
Keeps school, office, and grounds sanitized and disinfected in support of classroom and administrative operations.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleans, sanitizes and disinfects common surfaces and areas including classrooms, breakrooms, cafeteria and playground equipment.
- Reads and recognizes chemical labels.
- Selects and properly mixes cleaning agents appropriate for the task.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, student database software and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and other appropriate technology software).
- Knowledge of appropriate business machines and telephones.
- Monitor special system(s), not limited to, including security and fire alarm systems.
