Job Description
BBI is currently seeking a temporary Digital Menu Specialist to support the maintenance of the digital menu functions. The main responsibility of this position will include digital menu configuration and daily auditing to ensure accuracy.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Restaurant Support Center in Tampa, FL. It is a six month temporary role with opportunity to extend, non-benefits eligible.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Configure digital menu builds to support business needs
- Daily audits utilizing 3rd party reporting to determine accuracy
- Ensure updates at individual and system wide are completed accurately
- Provide go live field support

- Sense of urgency for resolving issues that arise
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Demonstrated experience with menu configuration a plus
