Industrial Chemical Decontamination Company in Southeast Houston is currently hiring an experienced Project Cost Accountant to join their team! In this role, the Project Cost Accountant will be responsible for developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts and balance sheets. Will also be responsible for reviewing and correcting discrepancies on information forms, Asset Voice, and with the TRACK CMP system, as well as maintenance of the TRACK CMP system. Will review and approve service invoices, assist with collections, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issue per contract agreement. Prepare weekly job costs reports, reconcile open items, and assist with customer change orders

Salary: $75k

The perfect Project Cost Accountant for our client will have:

Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
Experience working with TRACK CMP system
5+ years of experience working in contract administration
Proficient MS Office Suite skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
