Welcome to Centura Health

Job SummaryCoordinates all processes, support, communication and documentation involved in transferring patients from one facility to another Centura facility, as well as support physician consults. Transfer Coordinators also required to recognize and uphold all regulatory requirements, while simultaneously updating key stakeholders of timelines. Accurately enters all required data into EPIC database. Coordinates with Flight for Life for patient transports.

Pay Range

$20. 62 - $26.56/hr

Minimum Experience RequirementsOne to two years of direct clinical experience in Emergency Department/Critical Care Unit (such as Critical Care Tech EMT-B etc.), or one to two years of full time direct administrative healthcare experience (such as Nursing Unit Secretary or Patient Access Representative) or one to two years Transfer Centerexperience. Working knowledge of medical terminology, excellent computer skills, customer service, ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
