If you’re an aggressive, energetic, enthusiastic team player looking to make a career move we would like an opportunity to talk to you. We are expanding our sales force with individuals that know how to work special financing/subprime deals and possess excellent communication, organizational and follow-through skills. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. Ability to work referral network and prospect for business independent of dealership a must. We are looking for hunters, not farmers. We offer a vast 150+ used car, truck and SUV inventory backed by a large traditional and digital advertising budget plus we own our own finance company, so you won't lose deals in F&I for credit!

If you average 15+ vehicles sold per month, you will make $72,000 + annually, Guaranteed.

If you average 20+ vehicles sold per month, you will make $100,000 + annually, Guaranteed.

We offer a vast 150+ used car, truck and SUV inventory like Chevrolet Tahoes and Suburbans, Cadillac Escalades, BMW's, Lexus, to KIA, Hyundai,  Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota,  you name it plus a large traditional and digital advertising budget.  We have all the major lenders plus we own our own finance company, so you won't lose deals in F&I for credit!

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to career changers or experienced sales. Success does not hinge on precise work experience although experience in automotive sales is a huge plus.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3-5 years prior experience as a sales representative in either automotive sales, inside sales, outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing sales
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Must know Dealersocket or have used a CRM before
• Must be good on the phone and have great people skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to “close"
• Professional Appearance
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Satisfactory background and drug screen prior to hiring
