UTILITIES OPERATIONS MANAGER

UTILITIES OPERATIONS MANAGER, Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida, Belle Glade, FL. Responsible for the overall operational planning, maintenance scheduling and optimization of our manufacturing facilities. Manage maintenance operations, achieving production targets and oversight of personnel to achieve the organizational goals. Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field plus three (3) years of experience managing maintenance operations in large industrial manufacturing facility. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept five (5) years of experience managing maintenance operations in large industrial manufacturing facility. Experience must include proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience utilizing CMMS and ERP systems.
