VFX Supervisor
$115,398.00 per year
Permanent position, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.
Job description:
" Lead and manage high profile and complex visual effects projects to deliver creative expectations, within the deadline and budget.
" Work with production teams to win work from prospective clients, attend meetings, follow projects through the pitch process to final delivery.
" Create innovative and sophisticated photo-realistic or stylized visual effects.
" Plan and set budgets alongside the production team on designated projects.
" Develop relations with clients to confirm repeat business.
" Supervise and advise on shoots that require VFX support, both locally and internationally with external directors.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor of Arts in Computer Graphics or Computer Animation or a related or foreign equivalent (will accept any combination of education and experience determined
equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) plus 2 (two ) years of experience in the job offered or Lead Compositor. 2 years of progressive working experience with Autodesk Flame and The Foundry's Nuke
