Vice President, Enterprise Architect

Vice President, Enterprise Architect sought by Haymarket Media Inc., in NY, NY to lead the dsgn & dvlpmt of solutions to complex application problems relating to numerous websites across multiple business units. Bach deg in Comp Sci, Info Tech, or a closely rltd field, or foreign equiv (will also accept a 3-yr foreign bach deg or a specific associates deg or foreign equiv in Comp Sci, Info Tech, or a closely rltd field) + 6 yrs of exp as technical architect, enterprise architect, or in a closely rltd occupation; Exp working w/ & dsgng content mgmt systems, open source such as Wordpress, or internally dvlpd. Ensuring that systems are scalable & adhere to web best practices. Exp working w/ prgmg langs such as C#, javascript/typescript, python; exp documenting system architecture & dsgn; ability to communicate tech'l info & implications for business stakeholders, in addition to vendors, & clients; exp w/ cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP; exp w/ serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, or Cloudflare Workers; exp w/ Docker or other containerization; exp working w/ SQL & noSQL d/bases; exp w/ data transfer, using platforms such as Talend, &/or custom scripts; knowl of security best practices regarding data, file storage, & SDLC; exp working w/ stakeholders to evaluate system reqmts from all aspects incl scalability, functionality, usability, & reporting; exp w/ version control, GIT, & source control best practices; exp w/ monitoring system performance & making recommendations for improvements; exp working w/ Content Delivery Networks such as Fastly, Cloudflare, AWS Cloudfront; exp working in an agile envrmt such as Scrum, Kanban; exp evaluating enterprise platforms, vendors, & RFPs; exp integrating w/ martech svcs, e.g. Marketo, Salesforce MC, Eloqua; exp managing simultaneous projects.
