The primary responsibility of your job position is to assist the facility with the developing, coordinating, administering and directing the overall operation of our facilities in-house nursing concierge program following the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care and assisted living facilities.. You are entrusted to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and customer service can be provided to our residents at all times.


  • Pair up with a Certified Nursing Assistant

  • Change bedding and ensure clean linen; collect dirty linen and dispose of per facility guidelines

  • Assist with meals in setting tables, serving and cleaning up

  • Passing water, following dietary cards

  • Passing room tray, following dietary cards

  • Attend huddles

  • Assist with stocking rooms and supplies

  • Make room checks and verify resident location

  • Keep residents rooms neat and clean

  • Transport residents to/from appointments, activity and social programs, etc

  • Attend care plan meetings as assigned

  • Prepare residents for activity and social events (church, services, parties, visitors, etc.)

  • Purposeful rounding

  • Assist with call lights and coordinate with nursing staff on patient needs

  • Labeling of patient belongings

  • Demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interaction with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors

  • Maintain and support a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity

  • Maintain confidentiality and rights of resident, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with PHI HIPAA policies and applicable regulations

  • Maintain safe work environment and exhibits safe work practices

  • Perform all other duties as assigned


  • Google and Microsoft operating system platforms

  • Administrative and clerical procedures; customer service
