Reqts: Must have Bachelor's deg in Computer IS, Bus Admin, Engg, Commerce or rel.+ 5 yrs of progressive exp in the position offd or a related position. In meeting the Bachelor's Deg reqmt, employer will accept a 3-yr foreign Bachelor's Deg. Must have 5 yrs of exp: Working with executives, data owners, & data stewards to achieve data accuracy & process reqmt goals for all internal & external customers & creating data mgmt strategies; Coordinating with customers & staff & providing support to all data activities including data mining & analysis; Working in property & casualty insurance industry or with clients in this industry with various tasks including business analysis, project mgmt, consumer & commercial lines of business in core insurance technology software products, enterprise solutions, digital transformation, data strategy, integration, data mgmt., customer exp in multinational markets; Conducting an evaluation of the property & casualty insurance systems & risk mgmt systems architecture with an emphasis on the dsgn; Analyzing & identifying the solution gaps in the system throughout the enterprise system; & overseeing an application architecture team to deliver system solutions for insurance & risk mgmt system architecture.
