Warehouse Associate

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for manually lifting and moving heavy beams, weighing between 75 to 100 lbs, without the use of a forklift. Your primary duty will involve accurately picking up and transferring materials within the warehouse.

Required Skills:

• Safely and efficiently lift and move heavy beams within the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate and precise handling of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy objects (75-100 lbs) for the full shift.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred.
