Job Description
The Workday System Lead/Developer must have an in-depth knowledge of Workday, both Finance and HR to support the service delivered by the support functions. They will perform a range of duties including configuration, development, system maintenance and supporting the business functions in extracting the maximum value out of Workday.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Maintain the day-to-day activities of the Workday System
Develop optimal solutions in Workday, leveraging out of the box and enhancing with customs development, where necessary
Provide technical support to ensure system stability
Implement best practice security and system design
Collaboration with other organization system owners to ensure optimal integrations
Design user-friendly processes and experiences
Oversee all system upgrades and system additions
Manage 3rd Party Professional Services supplier
Provide thought leadership to the HR and Finance Teams as it relates to all Workday functionality
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 4 years technical experience in Workday (both FIN and HCM)
Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems
Proven ability to demonstrate strong analytical and investigative skills
Good communication and organizational skills
